If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Due to the handmade nature of our work, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date unless it has been confirmed with us in advance. Quality craftsmanship takes time, and we appreciate your understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we keep our policy simple and fair.
We accept exchanges or repairs only for manufacturing or craftsmanship errors.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unaltered, and in new condition

Items that have been used, worn, or placed on a horse are not eligible
This policy ensures all customers receive clean, unused, high-quality products.
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If a return or repair is approved, Double G Leatherworks will determine whether repair, replacement, or store credit is the appropriate resolution.
Address Accuracy & Package Responsibility
Double G Leatherworks is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. If package theft is a concern in your area, we recommend using a secure delivery location or PO Box.
Custom Orders
All custom orders require a deposit before work begins. Custom pricing varies based on materials, labor, and design complexity. Quotes are estimates and may adjust slightly as details are finalized.
Custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
