At Double G Leatherworks, every item is handcrafted with care in rural Wisconsin. Because of the handmade nature of our work, shipping timelines may vary depending on the item and season.

Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order. Processing times vary based on workload, customization, and event schedules.

Typical timeframes:

  • 2–4 weeks during slower seasons

  • 4–6 weeks for most custom or detailed work

  • 6–8 weeks during peak or event seasons

 

Some items may ship sooner, while complex pieces may require additional time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as flat rate when applicable. Large or oversized orders may require adjusted shipping costs.

If additional shipping is required, we will contact you before completing your order.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers with tracking provided when available. Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Double G Leatherworks is not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you with a claim or solution.
