What type of leather is your tack made of?

Most of our leather products are made of high quality hermann oak leather and other quality harness leather.

Do you sell wholesale?

Wholesale opportunities may be available on a limited basis. Please contact us at doublegleatherworks@gmail.com with your business information and inquiry.

Do you hold items?

We do not hold items unless previously arranged. In-stock items are sold on a first-come basis.

Will you sponsor me or my event?

Sponsorship requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with event details, dates, and how Double G would be represented.

How do I return or exchange my item?

Because our products are handmade, returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing or craftsmanship defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Custom items are final sale. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed.

Do you have a storefront?

At this time, we are an online-based business. We do attend select shows, fairs, and events. Follow our social media for in-person updates.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before work begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as flat rate when applicable. Large or oversized orders may require adjusted shipping.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most items are made to order. Typical timelines range from 2–6 weeks depending on season and complexity. Busy seasons may extend timelines.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. Anything we make can be customized. Visit our Custom Orders page for details.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in rural Wisconsin. Natural variations are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

Do you allow local pickup?

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
