Refund Policy

Double G Leatherworks

At Double G Leatherworks, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because of the handmade and often custom nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our craft.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes any item made specifically to your requested design, size, color, or personalization.

Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

Ready-Made / In-Stock Items

Refunds are offered only if there is a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in new condition

  • Items that have been worn, used, or placed on a horse are not eligible

Once approved, refunds may be issued as:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Or store credit

The final resolution is at the discretion of Double G Leatherworks based on the situation.

Ready-Made / In-Stock Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use or care

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Handmade Nature

Natural variations in leather, color, texture, and stitching are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
